The latter two cannot attend today as they are at the Council of Europe meeting in Strasbourg. Apologies have also been received from Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl and Senator Jim Walsh who I presume are attending the funeral of the father of the Fianna Fáil leader in Cork. On behalf of the committee I offer my sincere sympathy to Deputy Micheál Martin and the Martin family on their loss. Deputy Martin is a former Minister for Foreign Affairs.
