I again remind members and those in the Gallery to ensure their mobile telephones are switched off completely for the duration of the meeting as they cause interference with the recording equipment in committee rooms even on silent mode. I ask that the instruction be respected and that telephones be switched off completely. I note there is no one in the Gallery at present but the visitors are on their way in.
