The Joint Committee on Health and Children has completed its consideration of the following motion:

That Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(7)) (Membership of Council) Regulations 2015,

copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 6th August, 2015.

In accordance with Standing Order 73 the following message will be sent to the Seanad:

The Joint Committee on Health and Children has completed its consideration of the following motion:

That Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:

Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(7)) (Membership of Council) Regulations 2015,

copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 6th August, 2015.
