Before the meeting concludes, the committee has to consider the draft report on the proposal for a Council framework decision on the application of the principle of mutual recognition to judgments in criminal matters imposing custodial sentences in measures involving the deprivation of liberty for the purpose of their enforcement in the European Union. The report has been circulated to members. Is it agreed? Agreed.
