We were on section 7 but before getting on to that I would like to offer the apologies of Deputy Michael Woods who is unwell and is not in the House today so far. So he is unable to be here with us this afternoon. We were on section 7 and we had not completed it. Deputy Taylor has tabled amendments Nos. a1, b1, c1, d1 and e1 to section 7 but as we are already on section 7 they cannot be moved. Deputy Taylor has been informed that these amendments are not in order today. However, he may discuss the subject matter of his amendments although he cannot move them formally. If he wants to discuss them it will be open to him then to table similar amendments on the Report Stage.
