Before proceeding to other business, I ask for nominations for the position of Vice Chairman.
Election of Vice Chairman.
I propose Deputy Jim O'Keeffe for the position of Vice Chairman. He was the first Chairman of this committee some ten years ago and has also served as its Vice Chairman. He would do an excellent job in the role.
