Before we reach the main business of today's meeting, I wish to deal with the minutes of the previous meeting. The proceedings of the meeting of 16 December 2008 were circulated. Are they agreed? Agreed.
The annual report 2007 to 2008 and a draft work programme for 2009 have been circulated to members. If members have any comments they should forward them to the clerk as we would like to sign off on them at our next meeting. Given the number of people present, I will postpone correspondence to our meeting next Tuesday.
