Before moving on to the topic of clean water, energy and air, I advise that the joint committee has decided to defer consideration of Nos. 6 to 9, inclusive, on the agenda until a later date. Members believe these are important issues and the joint committee may need to invite departmental experts to brief members on those issues in greater detail. Members must consider these matters further before progressing on them.
