Was there any update from Slane following the last meeting?
Business of Joint Committee.
Yes. The clerk to the committee wrote to Meath County Council following the Slane Action Group's appearance before the committee on 6 May and we are awaiting a reply before returning to the matter.
We have heard nothing yet. We could be waiting for 12 months.
If we do not receive a reply in the next two weeks, we will contact the council again.
The joint committee adjourned at 4.50 p.m. until 3.45 p.m. sine die.
