The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the EU proposals before us. We will first deal with the proposals as listed in Schedule B. It is proposed that the proposals in Schedule B do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
We will now take decisions on the Schedule A items: COM (2013) 503 - proposal for a Council regulation amending Regulation EC No. 219/2007 on the establishment of a joint undertaking to develop the new generation European air traffic management system as regards the extension of the joint undertaking until 2024. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
