Vol. 1 No. 20

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (COMPENSATION) BILL, 1923. - FINAL CONSIDERATION STAGE.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

The motion is that this Bill be taken for final c sideration.

Might I suggest to the Minister that he would consider changing the name "Upper Sackville Street" to "Upper O'Connell Street"? I notice that "Upper O'Connell Street" is used in the Bill, while the amendment says "Upper Sackville Street."

I understand that the difficulty is there that the name has never been legally changed.

It is time it was.

I think so.
