Vol. 1 No. 37

VALUATION (POSTPONEMENT OF REVISION) BILL, 1923.

I beg to move that leave be given to introduce this Bill. My name is on the back of it.

My name is on the back, too.

The Bill deals with the postponement of the revision of valuation for one year in certain districts where it is impossible to carry it out.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

This Bill is rendered necessary and is introduced here owing to the amount of work the Government Departments are engaged in. Its purpose is to postpone for one year the revision (which otherwise is an annual matter) of lands, tenements and hereditaments.

Motion agreed to.
