I would like to know whether, in the case of a Senator wishing to move an amendment to this Bill on the Report Stage, it will be necessary for him to tabulate an amendment?
It will be necessary when the Report Stage is formally taken to duplicate an amendment. There is a Private Order dealing with it which I will afterwards point out to Senator Farren.
