SCHOOL ATTENDANCE BILL, 1925—FOURTH STAGE.

The following Government amend ment was agreed to.
Section 24, sub-section (2). Before paragraph (b) to insert a new paragraph as follows:—"(b) limit the application of the order to attendance at school for instruction in one or more specified subjects."

I think the amendment was introduced by the Government in order to carry out an undertaking given to Senator the Earl of Wicklow.

That is right.
