Vol. 7 No. 10

PRIVATE BUSINESS. - SUSPENSION OF STANDING ORDERS.

In view of the fact that this Bill has received very exhaustive consideration and has led to a great deal of discussion in the Seanad, I have now a motion to move. In doing so I must pay a tribute to the manner in which the Minister has carried out such undertakings as he gave when the Bill was in Committee. I now move the suspension of the Standing Orders to enable the final Stage of the Bill to be taken.

I second that.

Question—"That the Standing Orders be suspended so as to enable the last stage of the Court Officers Bill to be taken"—put and agreed to.
Question—"That the Bill be received for final consideration and do now pass"—put and agreed to.
