Seanad Éireann debate -
Wednesday, 7 Jul 1926

Vol. 7 No. 13

TARIFF COMMISSION BILL, 1926.

CATHAOIRLEACH

I might mention that the Tariff Commission Bill will be on the agenda to-morrow for Second Reading. It cannot be read a second time unless the House agrees to the suspension of the Standing Orders which prescribe an interval of three days between the receipt of the Bill from the Dáil and the Second Reading Stage. Whether the Bill will be taken on Second Reading to-morrow, therefore, depends on whether the Seanad agrees to suspend the Standing Orders.

The Seanad adjourned at 6.35 p.m. until Thursday at 3 p.m.
