Vol. 7 No. 15

RULES OF COURT—SELECT COMMITTEE.

CATHAOIRLEACH

In connection with the Committee to be set up for the consideration of the Rules of Court, the Selection Committee met yesterday and reported that they had nominated the following to act:—Senators Bennett, Brown, Douglas, the Chairman, and Senator O'Farrell.

I am sorry they selected me. I shall not be in Dublin for the next two weeks and I think they should get somebody else.

CATHAOIRLEACH

I wonder would Senator Farren take your place?

I shall ask him.

Senator Farren was asked and he could not do it.

CATHAOIRLEACH

I want to get some Senator who will take an interest in the matter and be able to attend. Perhaps Senator Bennett will think the matter over.

LEAS-CATHAOIRLEACH

I shall try to get someone.

The Seanad went into Committee.
