The Joint Committee report that no notice of appeal from the Report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Cork Harbour Bill, 1927, has been received within the prescribed time, and that the said Cork Harbour Bill, 1927, is accordingly deemed to have been read the first time in the Seanad.
