PRIVATE BUSINESS. - JOINT COMMITTEE REPORTS.

I beg to report that the Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated the 22nd February, 1928, states that no notice of appeal from the Report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of The Methodist Church in Ireland Bill, 1928, has been received within the prescribed time, and that the said Bill is accordingly deemed to have been read a first time.
