PRIVATE BUSINESS. - LIMERICK CORPORATION GAS UNDERTAKING (PENSIONS) BILL, 1928. REPORT OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON STANDING ORDERS.

Tá an Có-Choiste á thuairisciú ná fuarthas laistigh den aimsir orduithe aon fhógra athchomhaire i gcoinnibh Tuairisc Scrúdóir na mBillí Príobháideacha i gcás Bille Gheas-Ghnótha Bhárdais Luimnighe (Pinsin), 1928, agus dá réir sin go dtuigtar an chéad léigheamh do bheith déanta sa tSeanad ar an mBille sin.
The Joint Committee report that no notice of appeal from the Report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Limerick Corporation Gas Undertaking (Pensions) Bill, 1928, has been received within the prescribed time and that the said Bill is accordingly deemed to have been read the first time in the Seanad.
Ordered: That the report do lie upon the Table.
