The Committee on Procedure have considered the question of the seating of Senators in the Chamber and have unanimously agreed on the question. A plan has been arranged, and it can be seen in the glass case at the top of the stairs. This re-arrangement of seats was made with the idea of having the various groups and parties in the House sitting together. The redistribution was made so as to occasion as little deviation as possible from the existing plan. I am glad to say that the Committee unanimously agreed on the arrangement, and I hope that the House will find it satisfactory.
