The first item on the Orders of the Day is as follows:—
"Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated the 26th November 1930, that no notice of appeal from the Report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Limerick Harbour Tramways Bill, 1930 has been received within the prescribed time, and that the said Limerick Harbour Tramways Bill, 1930 is accordingly deemed to have been read a first time in the Seanad."
