International Treaty for Limitation and Reduction of Naval Armaments. - Draft Convention re Forced or Compulsory Labour.

On behalf of Senator Milroy I move:

That the Seanad approves of the Draft Convention concerning forced or compulsory labour adopted by the International Labour Conference at its Fourteenth Session, a copy of which was laid on the Table of the Seanad on the 10th December, 1930, and recommends the Executive Council to take the necessary steps for its ratification."

As this Convention was only placed on the Table of the House to-day I suggest that consideration of it be postponed until the next meeting.
