It is desirable that a meeting of the Joint Restaurant Committee should be summoned for to-morrow, but the period of office of the Seanad half of the Committee terminated at the end of the triennial period and the appointment of their successors is held up through the delay in the election of a Leas-Chathaoirleach. In the circumstances I ask the House to re-nominate the former members to serve until the 31st January, 1932. Their names are:—Senators Fanning, Farren, MacGuinness, MacKean and Toal.
