Vol. 20 No. 7

Private Business. - Cork Milling Company Railway Bill, 1935—Report and Final Stages.

I move that the Bill be received for final consideration.

Question put and agreed to.

Leas-Chathaoirleach

Under Standing Order 112 (Private Business) the House has power to give special leave to enable the Final Stage of the Cork Milling Company Railway Bill, 1935, to be taken to-day. If there is no objection to the giving of such special leave we can take the Fifth Stage now.

Agreed.

As there was no amendment moved to this Bill, and as everyone is anxious to have it passed into law as soon as possible, I move that the Bill do now pass. There is a precedent under our Standing Orders for the moving of such a motion.

Leas-Chathaoirleach

As there is a precedent for this motion, and as no objection is made, I now put the motion: That the Bill do now pass.

Question put and agreed to.
