With regard to the motion on the Order Paper in the names of Senator Foran and myself, I want to say that Senator Foran is ill, and for that reason I ask that the consideration of the motion be adjourned until this day week. If the Senator is not then able to attend, we in this Party will go on with the motion. I hope the House will agree to the adjournment of the motion in the circumstances I have stated.
