Order of Business.

The Minister for Defence, whose main Estimates are to be taken in the Dáil to-day, would be obliged if the Seanad would consent to take the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Bill—that is, Item No. 4 on the Order Paper—immediately after Item No. 2. I presume the House will be agreeable to meet the Minister's convenience in that regard.

Agreed to take Item No. 4 after Item No. 2.

It would also suit the convenience of the Minister for Finance if Item No. 7, the Tariff Commission (Repeal) Bill, of which he is in charge, were taken on the conclusion of item No. 3, the Central Fund Bill.

Agreed to take Item No. 7 after Item No. 3.
