Oireachtas Joint Library Committee.

Message from the Dáil:—

Dáil Eireann has passed the following resolution in which the concurrence of Seanad Eireann is desired:—

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad be set up to assist and advise the Ceann Comhairle and the Cathaoirleach in the direction and control of the Oireachtas Library.

I beg to move the following motion, standing in the name of Senator Quirke:—

That the Seanad agrees that it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad be set up to assist and advise the Ceann Comhairle and the Cathaoirleach in the direction and control of the Oireachtas Library.
