Public Business. - Report of Special Committee on the Fisheries Bill, 1938.

Mr. Goulding

On behalf of the Chairman of the Special Committee I have to report to the House that the Special Committee has gone through the Bill and has made amendments thereunto. The Bill as so amended is reported to the Seanad. I move that the Report do lie upon the Table.

I move that the Report and Proceedings of the Special Committee be printed.

Mr. Goulding

I move that the Report Stage of the Bill be taken on Wednesday, June 28th.

Mr. Douglas

The Minister has agreed that that would be a convenient date.
