I formally move the Second Reading of the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939.

I move:—

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939, being a Bill entitled an Act to alter certain existing powers of the Dublin Port and Docks Board for the borrowing of money and for other purposes.
