I have to acquaint the House, with reference to the Resolution passed by the Seanad on the 4th January, 1940, pursuant to sub-section (2) of Section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, that the Public Hospitals (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill, 1940, was duly signed on the 17th May, 1940.
