That the Clerk of the Seanad do send to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health notice of a vacancy in the membership of Seanad Éireann occasioned by the death of Senator Thomas W. Delany, a member elected to Seanad Éireann on the Nominating Bodies Sub-Panel of the Cultural and Educational Panel.
