With regard to No. 2 on the Order Paper, Water Supplies Bill, 1941, I regret to announce that the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health is still indisposed and unable to speak on this Bill to-day, and accordingly it will have to be postponed until the first sitting of the Seanad in February.
