Vol. 30 No. 4

Order of Business.

With regard to the Order of Business, I understand that the Taoiseach will not be available to take No. 1 on the Order Paper —Emergency Powers (Continuance and Amendment) Bill—to-day, and it has been suggested that this business be placed first on the Order Paper tomorrow; that, second on that Order Paper will be the National Stud Bill; third, the Johnstown Castle Bill, and the remaining Bills received this week from the Dáil in a grouping of Departments. May I take it that there is agreement to that course?

Yes. May I take it that we will have the Appropriation Bill on the first sitting day next week?

Yes. That also, I believe, is the understanding. The Appropriation Bill is to be taken on the first day of sitting next week.

Agreed.
