There is, I am informed, an understanding that, should the Committee Stage of the Land Bill not be concluded at six o'clock this evening, further proceedings will be postponed until next week. The Turf Development Bill will not be taken until next Wednesday for reasons which have been communicated to Senators. The motion which appears on the Order Paper will also be carried over until next week.
