It has been more or less agreed, in so far as anything of the kind can be agreed, that the Minister for Finance will start to conclude the debate on the Central Fund Bill not later than 7 o'clock to-morrow evening, as many Senators have urgent business elsewhere. In connection with the motion on education, it has been agreed, and there has been agreement between the two Ministers concerned, that it be taken at 3 o'clock to-morrow.
