It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: Nos. 1, 2 and 3. It is proposed, if the House is agreeable, to take the Second Stage of the Adoption Bill. I understand that it has been more or less generally agreed to take No. 6, the motion in regard to traffic regulations, in the names of Senators Denis Burke and James G. Douglas.
