The Committee of Selection has nominated the following 11 Senators to serve on the Select Committee on the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Bill, 1952:— An Chathaoirleach (Liam Ó Buachalla) Senators Commons, Douglas, Hawkins, M. Hayes, Hearne, Loughman, McCrea, Ó Ciosáin, Stanford, Yeats, and has nominated Senator Ó Ciosáin to fill the vacancy on the Joint Library Committee occasioned by the death of Senator Mrs. Concannon.
