Vol. 45 No. 15

Question on Adjournment.

I have received notice from Senator McHugh that on the motion for the adjournment of the House to-night, he proposes to raise the question on the following matter:—

"To call the attention of the Government to the sharp conflict of opinion, regarding the proposed new municipal buildings at Wood Quay, between the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and Dublin Corporation, and, in view of consequent public uneasiness concerning the project, to suggest Government mediation in the matter."

I am accepting that notice and the matter will be taken from 9.30 p.m. to 10 p.m., or earlier if the business for the day concludes.
