Vol. 48 No. 6

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Sheehy Skeffington that on the motion for the Adjournment of the House to-night he proposes to raise the question on the following matter:—

The failure of the Minister for Industry and Commerce to make an Order, in accordance with the recommendation of the Fair Trade Commission, outlining trading rules for the supply and distribution of medicine, infant foods, and medical and toilet preparations.

I am accepting that notice and the matter will be taken from 9.30 to 10 p.m. or earlier, if the business for the day concludes. I wish also to inform the Seanad that the Minister for Industry and Commerce will not be present.
