Report of Committee on Procedure and Privileges on Amendment of Standing Orders.

I move:

That the Report do lie upon the Table;

and

That the Report be printed.

It is hoped that copies of the stencilled report will be circulated to Senators over the week-end. As the re-print of Standing Orders is a matter of urgency, due to scarcity of copies of the 1938 edition, I trust that the House will agree to take the motion for the adoption of the report next week on the basis of the stencilled report.
