Houses of the Oireachtas: Address by President Kennedy—Message from Dáil.

Tá Dáil Éireann tar éis an Rún seo a leanas a rith agus is mian léi Seanad Éireann d'aontú leis:—

Chun fáiltiú roimh John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Uachtarán Stáit Aontaithe Mheiriceá, ar a chuairt go hÉirinn, agus chun an ócáid a chomharthú go suntasach, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach dhá Theach an Oireachtas a theacht le chéile i gcomhshuí Dé hAoine, an 28 Meitheamh, 1963, i Seomra na Dála agus go dtabharfar cuireadh d'Uachtarán Stáit Aontaithe Mheiriceá an comhshuí sin a aitheasc.

The following Message has been received from Dáil Éireann:

Dáil Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Seanad Éireann is desired:—

That, to welcome the visit to Ireland of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the President of the United States of America, and to mark the event in a signal manner, it is expedient that a joint sitting of both Houses of the Oireachtas be held on Friday, the 28th June, 1963, in the Dáil Chamber and that the President of the United States of America be invited to address such joint sitting.
