Vol. 57 No. 4

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 2. Further to that, we have received the National Building Agency Limited Bill, 1963 from the Dáil. It is a Money Bill which will have to be dealt with within the 21-day period. Unfortunately, the Minister will not be available next week to deal with this Bill and I wonder would it be agreeable to the House if we took it today?

Speaking for this side of the House, I am agreeable.

I have a motion on the Order Paper for the past three weeks and I want to protest strongly against the delay in dealing with it. This motion should have been taken last week and I consider I am being dealt with in a most contemptuous manner by both the Leader of the House and the Minister for Agriculture.
