Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to repeal certain enactments or parts of enactments which have been rendered ineffective by, or have become unnecessary by reason of, the passing of Part II of the Local Government (No. 2) Act, 1960, and also to repeal certain other related enactments or parts of such enactments which may be regarded as spent or have become unnecessary.—(Tomás Ó Maoláin.)
