I am grateful for the opportunity, Sir, of correcting a statistic which I gave in error last week; the Minister partly corrected me but I want to complete the correction. Unfortunately, my source for the county populations inadvertently gave me the county borough population for Waterford rather than that for the whole county. The former is 28,000 and the latter is 74,000. Therefore, there is one bed for every 270 people approximately in Waterford as against one bed per 1,000 population in Mayo.
