This is a poor account of the Fianna Fáil Members on the Agricultural Panel.

Before we resume, I want to say——

The Order of Business has been decided. The next item is No. 1.

I am referring to the naming of Senator McQuillan.

The business of the House has been decided by vote. Item No. 1. The Order has been decided by the House and that is the end of it.

I want to point out that Senator McQuillan had resumed his seat when he was named and, as a protest, we are leaving the House.

I can vouch for the fact that the Senator had resumed his seat when he was named.

Senator McAuliffe to resume his seat.

We shall withdraw from the House.

On a point of order, am I not entitled——

The only point of Order at the moment must relate to No. 1.

But I am entitled to raise a point of order; you do not know whether my point of order is in order. You said I should sit down but, according to the Standing Orders of this House, I am entitled to raise a point of order at this stage.

On a point of order, I should like to say that your decision today was biased in accordance with the decision of the Fianna Fáil Party.

That is not a point of order. Senator McHugh will resume his seat.

I think your decision here today is outrageous and I will not resume my seat.

I ask the Senator once more to resume his seat.

I will not resume my seat.

The Senator will leave the House. As the Senator is not obeying the order of the Chair, I must name him.
