I propose, if the House agrees, to nominate five members to the Panel of Chairmen. This is two in addition to the three provided for in the Standing Orders. The Members are: Charles B. McDonald, John J. Nash, George E. Russell, Eoin Ryan, and W. A. W. Sheldon.
