Before we resume the debate on the Health Bill, I should like to ask the Leader of the House to give some indication as to when the motions on the Order Paper will be taken. He indicated that the matter had been raised in the Committee on Procedure and Privileges. Has there been any further development? Many of us are anxious to debate some of these motions. Can the Leader of the House make a statement on this matter?

The situation is that a decision was taken in the Committee on Procedure and Privileges and a circular has been prepared which will be going out to Senators today or tomorrow. The new procedure will come into force on the conclusion of the debate on the Health Bill.
