As a consequence of events in another place over which I have no control, I regret that I am unable to proceed with the business on the Order Paper today and I shall ask you, a Chathaoirleach, to summon the Seanad to deal with this business as early as possible.

I wonder could the Leader of the House give any indication of what he means by "as early as possible"?
Next week, I hope.
I gather the event he is referring to is an acute shortage of Ministers and I think the House would welcome some clarification of how this House stands in this situation.
This House, I hope, will meet next week.
