Vol. 70 No. 15

Business of Seanad.

Before we recommence discussion of this Bill I should like to ask the Leader of the House if he is now in a position to indicate to the House which Bills it is intended to take and in what order it is intended to take them.

I can indicate the certainties—the Central Bank Bill, the Health Contributions Bill and the Courts Bill. The uncertainties are the Finance Bill, the College of Art Bill and the Forcible Entry Bill, due to circumstances over which I have no control, but which may possibly arrive.

Can we take it that those Bills which are already with this House, the Central Bank Bill, the Health Contributions Bill and the Courts Bill, will be taken in that order, starting on Tuesday, 20th July?

Yes, plus the Report Stage of this Bill.

And that on the conclusion of those Bills we will take such other Bills that are available as they come to us?

And, I hope, the First Stage of the Adoption Bill.
